By using Home Mastery IQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to the free version and any paid Pro subscription.

What Home Mastery IQ Is

Home Mastery IQ is a home maintenance planning tool. It provides personalized task schedules, urgency estimates, and general guidance based on the information you provide. Home Mastery IQ is designed to help you stay organized and informed — it is not a substitute for professional inspection, licensed contractor advice, or engineering assessment.

No Warranties

Home Mastery IQ is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the information, task schedules, or cost estimates are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific home or situation. Home maintenance requirements vary significantly by location, local code, home age, and individual circumstances.

Always consult a licensed professional before undertaking any electrical, structural, plumbing, or gas-related work on your home.

Limitation of Liability

Home Mastery IQ and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the app or reliance on its recommendations. This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, contractor costs, or equipment failure.

The task urgency calculations and due-date estimates in Home Mastery IQ are approximations based on general industry guidelines. They are not a guarantee that a task is or is not needed at any specific time.

Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

In the future, the App may include affiliate links through programs such as Amazon Associates or similar services. If and when we participate in such programs, we may earn a commission when you purchase products through these links at no additional cost to you, and any such relationships will be clearly disclosed. Affiliate relationships will not influence our maintenance recommendations.

Pro Subscription

Home Mastery IQ Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscription fees are billed as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All home profile data, task history, and preferences will be removed from our systems.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Home Mastery IQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the effective date at the bottom of this page.
